You can exchange/return your purchase within 5 days after delivery.

Please note the following points:

  • Kindly note the return period begins from the time the product was delivered at your doorstep.
  • You have to take 1 clear photo of the product, the receipt and delivery note. Then kindly send us an e-mail to exchange@lavishbeauty.co.ke by highlighting the reason you want to exchange/return the product.
  • We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality. If you’ve received a product with a defect or fault, we will gladly replace the product.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return or an exchange if products are damaged, or not in a resellable condition.
  • Proof of soft copy invoice and delivery note must be produced.
  • It’s important that any unwanted product, unless faulty, is returned in a resellable condition. We would expect this to mean that you’ve kept all original product packaging and labels.
  • Products can be exchanged in any category. If the product you want to replace it is of more value you can top up the amount.
  • You can return if an incorrect product was delivered to you.
  • We usually charge an exchange fee to cover the delivery costs.
  • Kindly note the exchange fee is 100/= for orders within Nairobi. 
  • Kindly note the exchange fee is 250/= for orders out of Nairobi. We usually use G4s couriers. All you will be required is to drop it off in the G4s courier office.
  • For exchanges out of Nairobi one is required to send back the product using only G4S couriers. You will be required to pay the delivery fee back to Nairobi. We will pay the delivery cost when we send back your new product.
  • Once we have received your return product and it has been cleared by Lavish Beauty Quality Control, you will either choose to receive a new product or a voucher of the same value.
